"Extraordinarily comfortable" beds, "gracious" service and an "excellent" locale – affording upper-level "fantastic views" of the Charles River and the city – earn kudos for this "solid" Back Bay hotel; despite some reports of "bothersome" hallway noise and "expensive parking", the convenience of being "walking distance" to Downtown restaurants and shopping overrides most complaints.

Quiet. Courteous staff.
Smaller than normal room. Uncomfortable bed.
Overall I liked the hotel. Although having reserved other rooms in the same area I would not put it at the top of the list.

Great location, great staff, and 3.5 star hotel.
No valet or staff opening doors outside of the hotel.
Got in late at 10:30 pm. Had no trouble checking in at the hotel. Friendly staff. Reception was cleaned and neat. Asked some questions to concierge. Was knowledgeable but not overly friendly. Room size was OK. Clean but a bit dated. Ordered room service. Pricey but food was OK. ...read more

It was very new and the furniture and linens were nice.
The Hilton Boston Back Bay was an excellent hotel in an outstanding area of Boston. It was close to everything and was very new and modern. No complaints!

A nice hotel in the Back Bay of Boston, close to the big shopping center and close to the Hynes Convention Center. Very nice all around.
